The Finca III especially suits the owner of the property. It is very private and separated as described earlier.
The walls made of natural stone and the arched roofs make up the gorgeous mediterranean style atmosphere.
The lower part of the house consists of a large living/dining area with chimney, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra toilet, kitchen, housekeeping room, and pantry. The house is partly cellared. A wash house and a heating house are situated aside.
The upper level consists of a gallery with a living/tea area adjacent to it, flooded with light and a lot of glass to take a glance at the beautiful view of the surroundings and own fields, on which the neighbours’ sheep grass sometimes.
